A majority of the Firm’s litigation practice consists of representing financial institutions as well as private investors in residential  mortgage foreclosure cases. In addition, the Firm provides services in the following substantive areas: banking; contracts; real estate matters; business torts; and corporations.

In litigation matters outside the areas of specialization or in foreign jurisdictions, the Firm seeks joint ventures with firms that have the required expertise, or outside counsel arrangements, both domestic and foreign, while staying closely in touch with the progress of the litigation and participating in the decision-making process in connection therewith.

Firm attorneys have been involved in all phases of arbitral proceedings, under domestic and foreign arbitral rules, particularly those of the International Chamber of Commerce and the American Arbitration Association.
